FOIA Request to Bernalillo County NM Clerk & Election Division Regarding Upcoming Election Candidates on February 5, 2025.
On February 5, Enchantment State News submitted a request for public records under the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, 14-2-1 NMSA 1978 et seq. The media organization is seeking comprehensive information about all candidates running in the upcoming spring elections.
The requested information includes each candidate's first, middle, and last names; the office they are running for; jurisdiction of the office; party affiliation; and full contact details such as address, phone number, and email address.
