Lawmakers have gathered for the 57th legislative session in Santa Fe, where the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is advocating for small business interests. The organization is working to oppose costly employer mandates and promote a balanced civil justice system. NFIB aims to simplify the process of owning and operating a small business in New Mexico.

In this context, NFIB invites small business owners to participate in Small Business Day at the Capitol. This event offers an opportunity for attendees to meet fellow business owners, engage with lawmakers, and learn about NFIB's advocacy efforts at both state and federal levels.

The event is scheduled for Tuesday, February 25th, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM MST. It will take place at Gallagher & Kennedy Law Firm located at 1239 Paseo De Peralta, Santa Fe, NM 87501. While participation is free, advanced registration is required due to limited seating availability.
