Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham has appointed Bryan Fox as a Second Judicial District Court judge, effective December 21, 2024. This appointment fills the vacancy left by the retirement of Judge Gerard J. Lavelle.

Fox brings extensive experience in family law to his new role, having practiced in this field for nearly three decades. He is an alumnus of the University of New Mexico School of Law and became a member of the New Mexico Bar in 1996.
