Effects of the Time Change

GACC member Presbyterian Healthcare Services offers tips for managing effects of time change.

Feeling the effects of the time change?

Start winding down and turn off screens at least an hour before bed.

Cut out evening caffeine and alcohol.

Exercise during the day.

If you continue to feel off, reach out to your primary care provider for help.
