Urgently Hiring: The HR Generalist shall ensure accurate Human Resource practices and the provision of such services. This includes overseeing employee hiring and benefits procedures; ongoing employee relationships and training; terminations and grievances; policies and employment handbooks; and ensuring employment law compliance. In addition, the position is responsible for working with other staff in regards to benefits oversight and payroll processes.
