Albuquerque Police Department issued the following announcement on April 6.
APD Traffic Division has been focusing on traffic enforcement citywide. Throughout the month of March 623 citations were issued solely on Central and 17 arrests were made. The March 2022 results are:
Traffic Citations: 2,168 (696 speeding)
DWI arrests: 56
Traffic Stops: 1,063
Modified Exhaust Citations: 5
