President Donald Trump’s legal team has announced that it filed an Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA) petition with the New Mexico Secretary of State, Maggie Toulouse Oliver.
In the request, the Trump team is asking for all data related to the Dominion Voting Systems contractors who were able to access thousands of the voting machines used during the voting process.
Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce released a statement, claiming that state leaders need to learn about any anomalies related to the voting system.
“Questions are being raised about these Dominion voting machines and more is being uncovered,” said Pearce in a press release. “It’s important that we learn about any anomalies that might have taken place around the nation. Now it seems that Dominion admits that contractors had access to voting machines. I applaud the Trump team for seeking answers. Again, checking into these procedures is about election integrity.”
The IPRA request demands all the names of the “one day contractors” used by the Dominion voting machines in New Mexico.
The CEO of Dominion has revealed that in some states, company contractors had full access to critical data and were even maintaining the voting machines.
