Santa Fe Community College NM issued the following announcement on June 23.
No classes or services will be available that weekend. Online classes and services resume July 6.
Santa Fe Community College and the Santa Fe Higher Education Center will observe Independence Day weekend, Friday through Sunday, July 3-5. No classes will be held, and no student services will be available. SFCC’s child development center, Kids Campus will be closed.
All SFCC and HEC buildings are closed to the public due to COVID-19 restrictions. All summer credit and noncredit classes are online and will resume on July 6 after the holiday weekend. Staff at SFCC main campus (6401 Richards Ave.) and the HEC (1950 Siringo Road) will resume services via email, phone and virtual platforms beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, July 6. Kids Campus re-opens on July 6 and is limited to those who have pre-registered and are following strict protocols.
