The New Mexico Legislature has designated Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020, as Military and Veterans Day to honor those individuals who are currently serving in the military and veterans of the U.S. military.
The New Mexico Department of Veteran Services is looking for services and community organizations that are veteran-related to claim booth space and share their services at the event. Booths will be assigned randomly from the pool of applicants.
The kickoff ceremony for Military and Veterans Day will be at 10 a.m. at the Rotunda in the State Capitol.
