Property tax revenue up 12.3% from previous quarter in New Mexico
The second quarter of 2025 brought in $64 million in property tax revenue for New Mexico, a 12.3% increase from the first quarter of 2025, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Quarterly Summary of State and Local Taxes.
Santa Fe County postpones ribbon cutting for new fire station and community center
Santa Fe County has postponed its planned ribbon cutting ceremony for the Turquoise Trail Fire Station #3 and Cerrillos Senior & Community Center. A new date will be announced later. The county says it remains committed to serving local residents with essential services.
