Santa Fe County announced on May 23 that all county administrative offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. The closure is part of the county’s participation in honoring service members who have lost their lives in defense of the United States.

The closure affects several services. All Senior Centers will also be closed for the holiday. Seniors who are eligible and receive home-delivered meals will get additional meals before the holiday to ensure continued support. Solid Waste Convenience Centers will remain closed as part of their regular schedule, while essential public safety services are set to continue without interruption.

Regular business hours for Santa Fe County administrative offices are scheduled to resume on Tuesday, May 26.

Santa Fe County provides a range of services including public safety, health and human services, public works, and community development across incorporated municipalities, pueblos, and unincorporated areas throughout the region, according to the official website.
