The request, sent by Enchantment State News, a media organization dedicated to comprehensive and accurate news coverage of local governmental affairs, seeks detailed information about candidates running in the upcoming election.

The records requested under the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act include a complete list of all candidates participating in the forthcoming election. The details required for each candidate are their first, middle and last names, the office they are running for, the jurisdiction of that office, and their party affiliation.

Additionally, Enchantment State News has requested all contact information for each candidate. This includes their address, phone number and email address.
