The 2025 New Mexico State Fair will feature an expanded Country Store, daily happy hours, and interactive exhibits in the newly renovated Agriculture Building. The event aims to highlight local products and agricultural education.

Happy hours are scheduled every day from 3 to 8 p.m. in the Agriculture Building courtyard. These events will showcase wines and brews produced in New Mexico, with support from the New Mexico Wine and Grape Growers Association and the New Mexico Brewers Guild. Visitors can sample award-winning wines at a wine bar located inside the Country Store.

“The Country Store and courtyard offer a one-of-a-kind space to celebrate local flavors and ag education,” said New Mexico Secretary of Agriculture Jeff Witte. “Come sip, shop and explore what makes New Mexico agriculture so special.”

The Country Store is organized in partnership with What’s In Store. It will offer locally made goods, root beer floats, and merchandise such as T-shirts and hats. The store’s operating hours are Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., throughout the fair.
