Clovis Municipal Schools announced on April 20 an updated schedule for its free sports physical clinic, which will take place Saturday, April 25 at The Rock Gym at Clovis High School.

The event is intended to help student-athletes obtain required physicals for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Organizers say the staggered arrival times are designed to reduce wait times and keep the process running smoothly.

According to the announcement, students should arrive according to their designated time slot based on sport: fall sports from 9-10 a.m., winter sports from 10-11 a.m., spring sports from 11 a.m.-12 p.m., fine arts from 1-2 p.m., and overflow between 2-5 p.m. The clinic will close for lunch at noon. Students who participate in multiple activities should attend during the earliest scheduled slot that applies to them.

All student-athletes must bring a completed and signed physical form; unsigned forms will not be accepted. Forms are available online or can be picked up at the Athletics Department office. Entry will be through the main double doors of The Rock Gym, with exit through side or back doors after completion of exams.
