The City of Santa Fe announced on May 22 that its annual Movies in the Park: Southside series will begin on June 5 at SWAN Park. The first film to be shown this summer is “A Bug’s Life,” with the event taking place at SWAN Park, located at 5300 Jaguar Drive.

The city encourages families and residents to attend for an evening of entertainment. Attendees are invited to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Food trucks and vendors will be present offering food and refreshments for purchase.

According to the announcement, early access to the event starts at 5:15 p.m., with the movie beginning at 6 p.m. The Community Engagement Department is presenting this event as part of its ongoing efforts to provide family-friendly activities during the summer months.
